This little gem of a cottage also includes a fully equipped Kitchen, a small eat-in counter, a separate dining table, central A/C and a Living area with Futon for extra guest.
Main house on property can be rented separately, or in combination with this cottage.

What an awesome stay!! The lil cottage has every basic need for your stay right by beach. Quiet & tranquil!!! Perfect for two.

The bungalow was very nice and has a great location. Steps to the ocean. Beach access was easy and the family that rented the main house were great.
No grill was provided? We ate dinner out.
Having soap in kitchen and bath would be beneficial. Replace cracked adirondack chair when you can.

The home was in a great location, but there are some things to be aware of that we’re not in the listing. House did not have Wi-Fi and we had to leave early because of it. The host was kind enough to refund remaining nights, but was definitely a major inconvenience. Also the beach access is not ideal. You have to cut through the main house’s backyard which is awkward and portions of the beach are supposedly owned by the neighbors so we had to constantly move whenever we went to the beach
