We spent 4 nights here at casa sunrisa and they were incredible! The owners are both super responsive and over the top helpful. The place has all that you could need, despite feeling totally different as it is wide open to nature. We were fortunate to do a number of different hikes with William. These were all great. However, the space itself is situated so that you see tons of animals right from the backyard. We saw a tyra, sloth, scarlet maccaws, 3/4 monkey varieties, agouti, iguanas all from our place. I highly highly recommend this place for comfort and experience. It was exactly what we wanted and a highlight of our trip. Totally amazing experience for our family!

We had an excellent off grid experience with Casas SonRita. The only thing that would be better is if we did not travel here at night that was a mistake. The timelines are not in the direction that so it was pretty stressful getting there at night. Once we were there everything was as expected. Surprisingly very few bugs. How old are monkeys did wake us up about sunrise or a little before so if you’re not expecting that bring earplugs - we got used to them serenading us. Corcovado perk was good exercise, but we saw a few animals and most of the animals were around areas where people were even the sides of the roads. It definitely helped having a guide with a spotting scope. William was awesome except spoke no English, so it helps to have a little Spanish with him. The tours they arranged were amazing, especially the boat with captain, Josh we saw a whale and her baby right by our boat. Dolphins were everywhere and the kids got to swim with him which was wonderful or I should say the dolphins swim with the kids! Overall it was fantastic.

property is exactly as described. Host provided us with very helpful information and set up tours for us. Manager William also very accommodating. We had a great stay!
