CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed in fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bathmats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up at each property like a hotel, so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* Oversized vehicles and trailers not permitted to park. Offsite paid parking lots available for these vehicles and extra vehicles – please message us for more details.
* No smoking allowed inside the condo.
* Please do not throw items off the balconies. Doing so will result in immediate eviction by onsite security.
* All HOA rules must be always followed. Please review your rental agreement with us and posted HOA rules.

The place was absolutely wonderful. We will definitely be back. This complex had everything we wanted, from the spectacular balcony to the lazy river and hot tubs. We enjoyed the gym and pickleball court, with a short walk to the ocean.

We loved this condo! Views were great just like the photos! Exceptionally clean (and my sister is a clean freak)! It was big and roomy and we had everything we needed. Convenient to Walmart right across street, Dairy Queen also walking distance! Plenty of restaurants nearby also and Foley isn’t too far with everything you need also! We hit several great thrifting places for all you ladies out there! We would definitely go back!!

Everything deserves 5 stars except for the couch. Previous reviews stated this but I assumed it would have been updated. If you don’t plan on watching TV or relaxing inside the unit then no issue, but we had some lazy rainy mornings and afternoons and it was so uncomfortable. We used the dining rooms chair quite a bit when watching TV.

The balcony picture they have listed to capture renter's interest is fake. The furniture on this balcony consists of a rusty table with half painted particle board (where glass used to be) that isn't even flush with the table. There are 6 older chairs with cushions (a few were stained - all were wet). I immediately contacted the folks at Alabama Getaway. They were responsive with apologies, but no one provided an explanation or a solution.I would have never booked this rental unit (especially for 6 nights) if an accurate picture of the balcony furniture was posted on this site. I requested the photo be updated so no one else would be mislead, but so far, the fraudulent photo is still listed.
