The villa has been fully renovated while preserving the charm and character of a traditional country house, and is furnished throughout with taste and elegance in a comfortable country house style.

On the ground floor, the large living room features a double sofa bed and leads directly out to the garden and loggia. The open dining room is appointed with a decorative open-hearth fireplace and also provides access to the garden. The fully equipped kitchen connects to the garden as well. The ground floor further comprises 2 bedrooms: the first contains 1 single bed and 1 double bed, served by a bathroom with a bath, bidet, and WC; the second is a double bedroom with its own shower and bidet/WC.

On the upper floor, a lounge area opens onto the garden and loggia, accompanied by 3 double bedrooms, each with its own private shower, bidet, and WC. On the second upper floor, an additional double bedroom is available, also featuring a shower, bidet, and WC. The villa offers magnificent views of the surrounding countryside and provides a refined yet welcoming atmosphere throughout all levels.
