Fantastic place. Met all of our needs very well! Onsite laundry was an added bonus that we loved having. Temperature control was simple.

We stayed for two weeks, it was amazing having a kitchen and bathroom to ourselves. I really liked that the washing maching and dryer were separated from the room as when I read the amenities I thought it would be located in the room. I also saw that the windows were blocked out at the bottom and worried it would effect my sleep, but it was actually fine. The sauna was perfect as well, only used it twice because we were out exploring most of the time so if we come back we will definitely be using it a lot more.

Laura and Chad were great hosts and made sure we had what we needed. The location is perfect for exploring the southern parts of Colorado. The unit was very clean and the bed very comfortable! Thanks for letting us stay.

Our stay was comfortable and quiet. We did not mind the stairs to the apartment, the location is directly in town and we walked to many shops and restaurants. The AC and ceiling fans kept us cool, enough hot water in the shower and kitchen for washing dishes. We found the washer and dryer conveniently located across the hallway. When we next return to the area, we book our stay again at this clean, quiet and convenient location.
