Welcome to Seascape Apartment - part of the Bay Filey Holiday Village it is ideal for couples or a growing family with children.
Enter into the hallway with space to hang your gear after a day at the beach!
Decorated throughout in March 2023 to a high standard and featuring luxury new shower room in 2024 this is ideal for short breaks!
Off the hallway is a family bathroom with large walk in shower and a spacious bedroom with comfy double bed and lots of storage. (please note the double bed is slightly higher than a standard bed)
In the lounge diner you will find a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, 3* freezer box, washer dryer, dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee machine (see below) and microwave plus plenty of cookware for family breaks as well as an air-fryer.
The dining area comfortably sits 4 at the circular table.
The lounge area features a large TV (SMART) with comfy leather sofa (sofa bed) which can be selected at checkout for use for children or a third guest.
Travel Cot and High Chair are available for use free of charge (own bedding required).
We leave a few games for our guests to use. This warm and cosy apartment is ideal for breaks all year round.

Lovely comfortable apartment. Spotlessly clean, comfy bed, everything we needed and more. Very well equipped. Great location for what we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Seascape Apartment at The Bay, Filey.
The apartment was very well equipped, comfortable and clean. The communications from Anchor Bay Holidays was also excellent.
The location of the apartment on the site is very good. The location of The Bay is also excellent as a base for visiting Filey, Scarborough and Bridlington.
There are some excellent local restaurants in the area, that are much better and cheaper than the onsite pub.
The only criticism, which isn’t the fault of the apartment is the swimming pool. It feels very dated, lacks windows and the changing rooms and shower area were horrible!

This was our second time staying at The Bay . The first time staying in The Seascape Apartment.
Very well equipped and very comfortable and a great location for long walks across the Beach with our Cocker Spaniel Clive .
We would highly recommend the Seascape and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent apartment it had everything you needed very clean and in a very good position for the beach and main road would certainly be using it again.
