This beautifully remodeled condo is directly on the beach - walk down the stairs, and 20 paces to put your feet in the sand. You will be lulled to sleep by the the ocean, and gently awakened to the songs of the birds, the sounds of the ocean waves and the light of the sun as it rises over the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the sunrise while lounging in bed - The bedroom and living room each have sliding patio doors which open out onto a 20 foot balcony. The views from this 3rd floor unit are stunning. The kitchen features custom cabinets, granite counter tops, appliances including a dishwasher. The bathroom features granite countertops, custom cabinets and a tiled, walk-in shower. The living room has vaulted ceilings, computer station, flat screen TV with bluetooth speaker, and stunning views of the beach and ocean. The master bedroom has a king size bed, vaulted ceilings, in-room safe, and a flat screen TV. The complex also has 2 heated swimming pools, beautiful landscaping, free WI-FI and cable TV. Coin laundry facilities or use with phone app. Come relax in paradise!

If you want to stay in S Padre Island, seriously consider this condo.On the beach. Everything you need and want is close by. We are closer to Galveston but will probably return here. It's got everything we wanted.

We enjoyed this condo. The view was great and watching the waves from the balcony was incredible.

We had a wonderful time. The condo is exactly as stated in the listing, it has most everything we needed. I purchased extra trash bags, toilet paper, soaps, and paper towels as we stayed an entire week so what was provided didn't last that long. The air temp in the unit was nice and cool despite how humid it is outside in June. There was plenty of bags, a bag cooler and a hard sided cooler along with chairs and water toys that came in handy. This unit was very clean and tidy and the view on the huge deck facing the ocean cannot be beat, I loved waking to stubbing sun rises everyday, and fireworks can be seen from the deck if it's not too windy outside. The ocean is footsteps away and that is where we spent our days. We opted to pay for lounge chairs and an umbrella everyday and that cost was 40 dollars daily from 0900-545 PM. You can also use what is provided here by the host Karen. You won't be disappointed here.

The big side condo view from the third floor was spectacular. The room in the condo was immaculate. The check-in date and conferring with the host was superior all in all. This was a wonderful adventure. I would rate this as an A class thank you Karen for making this a wonderful vacation.
