Super close to the mountain and bars. Hot tub and living room is great

First, I'm always grateful when someone opens their property so that I don't have to stay at a hotel. Location, location, location! This was the perfect location for a visit to Alaska. Very convenient to so many things. The house wasn't clean. There were personal items in the house, so we thought the previous tenants were still there! The floor and tables were dusty. The shower walls were moldy, and the place smelled musty. The carpet smelled like dog. It's also really TIGHT. We were a party of 4. I wouldn't go larger than that with only 1 1/2 baths and such tight sleeping quarters. Lovely, quiet neighborhood close to many things.Great fluffy towels.
