Sandy Shores #304 offers a large living area has ample seating and opens out the the direct beach front balcony looking over the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Bedroom has two queen beds, television and walk in closet. Linens, extra towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests. Please note there is also a sleeper sofa in the living area (sheets available upon check-in). Enjoy free WiFi. This condo doesn't have a phone.
Sandy Shores is a Smoke Free property including all private balconies and common areas.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed
As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as a 24 hour emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home. Sorry No Pets Allowed.

Our condo view was spectacular. The condo itself needs some much needed updating specifically the bathroom. Kitchen sink faucet loose. Also felt the property was somewhat dirty and unkept specially the elevator. Very dirty

I had a wonderful time staying at Sandy shores condo. The view at night was memorable. The staff made sure we were taken care of. Recommending family and friends that are looking for a wonderful and peaceful stay in Madeira Beach

Great location to everything and view. Condo was very clean and well maintained. Couch and shower needs a major upgrade. Not much comfy seating in living room. Property is pretty good. They do not patrol smoking so cigarette smoke and Marijuana smell quite often throughout the day and night. Elevator was broken most of the week and Property could be kept cleaner. Pool area was cleaned and nice every morning though. Having your own parking spot is nice. We have stayed at Sandy Shores for 4 years and will return mostly because of location and not a crowded beach.
