Beautiful house near the beach and with great outdoor areas welcomes 5 people in Son Serra de Marina, in the North of Mallorca
In this beautiful house you can relax, unwind and spend a wonderful sun and beach holiday. You can have a coffee on the magnificent furnished terrace, equipped with sofas, also ideal for a rest after a long day at the beach. You can also take a shower and wash off the salt and sand in the outdoor shower available. At the back, you have another cosy terrace. On the first floor you will also find a small terrace, a cosy corner with spectacular views, where you can spend moments of solitude and seclusion. The property is fenced and there are neighbours in the surrounding area.
The interior of the house is great. The 100 m2 two storey house has a modern and current style with all comforts to have a perfect stay, as if you were at home. From the terrace we get into the living room. It is quite spacious and luminous, with a Mediterranean decor where wood and soft colours are the main protagonists. There is a very ample sofa where you can sit to rest while refreshing with the air conditioning, and another sofa by the terrace exit. The TV features satellite channels. The dining table is in the same room and has capacity for 4 people. The kitchen is independent and it is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and a table with 2 chairs for the morning breakfast. There are three bedrooms to rest in te house. Two of them can be found still on the ground floor, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and air conditioning. Both with closet. A bathtub bathroom completes the ground floor. Upstairs you will find the last double bed bedroom with a closet, and a shower bathroom. If you are travelling with a baby, we can prepare a cot and a highchair. The house is equipped with central heating for the winter season. The washing machine is in the garage.
Son Serra de Marina is a residential and family tourist destiny. It is ideal for those who want to rest and enjoy the beach at the same time. You will find the basic services in the village; a little grocery store, a supermarket and a couple of restaurants which give us a clue of the kind of destiny. We can go to Can Picafort for everything else. The beach in Son Serra is characterised by its coarse sand, rocks an crystalline waters. It is a quiet and family beach, in other words, a delight. You can also visit other fantastic beaches like Muro, Puerto de Alcudia or Puerto de Pollensa and visit the medieval villages as well.

Die Übergabe lief problemlos und die Lage des Hauses ist super; ruhig am Waldrand und mit Meerblick. Das ältere Haus ist sehr charmant und der Garten lauschig. ? Allerdings ist hier noch einiges an Luft nach oben was die Einrichtung betrifft. So könnte man z. B. die Badarmaturen mal erneuern und vor allem die Betten und Matratzen, welche uralt sind und für andauernde Rückenschmerzen sorgten. ? Ferner hatten wir uns das Haus auch wegen dem Pool ausgesucht, doch erst bei Ankunft und auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt, dass dieser zwischen Oktober und Mai nicht aufgebaut werden dürfe... Alles in allem ein netter Ort mit ein paar Mankos.

Reservamos para 12 días En homerti la casa Rudi en Son Serra de Marina para vacaciones. Nuestras vacaciones las pasamos magníficamente en este sitio, la casa está muy bien ubicada, la casa está adyacente al bosque natural de pinar Son Serra de Marina, desde el balcón de la segunda planta tiene vistas al bosque, las montañas y el mar. En la segunda planta en el dormitorio desde una ventana abierta sopla una brisa agradable del mar y siempre ha sido agradable estar allí. Desde el balcón de la segunda planta por la noche se puede ver las estrellas en el telescopio que está en la casa, mi hijo de 6 años estaba feliz de ver la Luna y las estrellas en el telescopio. La mayoría de tiempo nosotros pasamos en el patio trasero de la casa adyacente al bosque, hay una piscina, tumbonas y una mesa de comedor con sombrilla, una Ducha de verano, esta zona está bien iluminada por el sol, está perfecta para tomar el sol, y debajo de los árboles del bosque aquí se puede refugiarse a la sombra del sol. La casa en sí también nos gustó, equipada con todo lo necesario: bien amueblado, aire acondicionado, camas cómodas con ropa de cama limpia y etc. También deleitaron el ojo con numerosos bordados a mano en cortinas, servilletas y ropa de cama y numerosas pinturas con temas náuticos y vistas de Mallorca, todo con amor y muy acogedor. El área de la cocina también es funcional y conveniente, incluso había una parrilla. Desde la cocina hay acceso directo al patio, que es muy conveniente. De las observaciones: frente a la casa Rudi al otro lado de la calle hay una construcción y se puede escuchar los sonidos de la construcción, por esta razón no usamos el patio del lado de la calle con sofás y una mesa. Una de las observaciones más es que en el patio adyacente al bosque detrás se almacenan cosas viejas: macetas, rejillas oxidadas de la parrilla y otras cosas, todo parece basura, nos gustaría ver solo el bosque y los pájaros que estaban contentos. A pesar de estos pequeños comentarios, sin Duda la casa Rudi nos gustó mucho, nos gustaría volver el próximo año y también lo recomendaremos a nuestros amigos.
