The space
"La Patrona" is an exclusive residence in a prime location within the Royal subdivision of Tezoyuca, Morelos. It is fully equipped and comfortably sleeps 12.
Each booking is exclusive to the guests staying during that time, offering an atmosphere of rest and peace and/or an ideal setting for remote work. A therapeutic massage option is available to enjoy a holistic experience (subject to availability).

3 very spacious bedrooms (king-size beds, air conditioning, and USB ports for charging cell phones) with stunning views of nature. The master bedroom features a desk, reading lamps by the bed, and an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 do not have an en-suite bathroom; however, the nearest bathroom is located across from the second bedroom. Bedroom 3, in addition to the king-size bed, has a double sofa bed and is the only one located on an upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase; the bathroom closest to that bedroom is located as you descend the staircase.
The fourth bedroom, also equipped with air conditioning, is located in a private bungalow separate from the main building, featuring a living area, dining room, en-suite bathroom, and three single beds (an extra single mattress on the floor is provided for one of the beds).
In total, the property has 5 full bathrooms, all with glass shower doors, and one half-bathroom.

The costs of heating the pool and jacuzzi, as well as the use of the air conditioners and Wi-Fi, are included, so there will be no extra charge. Likewise, we have trusted staff who will be at your service from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.: one person in charge of the exterior maintenance of the house, gardens, and pool; and one to assist with household tasks such as: making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and preparing
meals using your own ingredients; the latter at a cost of $550 pesos per day, which must be paid directly to the house staff during your stay. If you require extended hours of
service, this must be agreed upon and paid in the same manner directly to the staff.
The staff would greatly appreciate receiving tips if the service provided was to your complete satisfaction.

the assistance of an additional person to ensure a higher quality of service for household chores, which would also cost $550 pesos per day.
