Beachfront Escape at Mermaid Beach is a stunning holiday home in the ultimate beachside location on the Gold Coast.
This bright and spacious family home allows for indoor-outdoor living at its best with direct beach access for your stroll down the famous Mermaid Beach. Play volleyball on the beachside court, use the beachside gym equipment or if you prefer to just relax you have the prime position on the balacony to watch the world and whales go by.
Beachfront Escape is not only situated with direct access to Mermaid Beach and across the road from the local surf club and popular coffee shops, also only a short walk from Pacific Fair shopping centre, The Star Casino or the Gold Coast Convention Centre.
Beachfront Escape provides 4 large bedrooms split across 2 floors, 2.5 bathrooms, split cycle air conditioning in all rooms, large indoor/outdoor alfresco living. The plunge pool and sauna are located on the top floor, providing stunning views of the beach and coastline, with the bonus of a pool table in the basement for added entertainment and a lift for easy access to all floors.
The second floor is designed to take advantage of indoor-outdoor living and the spectacular views. The open floor plan of the kitchen, dining, and living spaces is enhanced by the natural light through the expansive windows and doors. These in turn lead out to the alfresco dining and entertaining area, with the stunning beachfront backdrop. Down a small flight of stairs, you’ll find the master bedroom with its ensuite, the 4th bedroom and a laundry.
The third floor houses two additional bedrooms which open into a courtyard balcony and have access to a guest toilet and bathroom on the same level. A small flight of stairs lead to an expansive outdoor rooftop with a kitchenette, sauna, plunge pool and ultimate beach views.
Beachfront Escape at Mermaid Beach is child-friendly so no need to worry about the little ones. If not entertained by the pool or the beach, there is the additional bonus of the pool table on the ground floor or put your feet up and enjoy the free Foxtel. We have a porta-cot, high chair, and stroller available for your use at no additional cost. Great property and great location for family holiday at the beach.

A large house with plenty of space and privacy for all with large bedrooms, good bathrooms and plenty of storage space. On the top level it has a spa, sauna and plunge pool. Good kitchen too with everything provided to even cook your own meals. Out on the street there is a coffee shop open very early and also close a surf club providing meals from breakfast to dinner. Parking is limited to one car unless you come with two small cars. one thing you need to be aware is that there is a small elevator and also stairs from level one to three but which are very steep and narrow and need your full attention when using. For those challenged with mobility this may not be the house for you, because the lift also caused problems and is slow tempting you to use stairs. I would recommend a set of banisters between level two lounge and bedrooms because stairs there easily become accident prone. But regardless of this if you have an adventurous spirit you will be very comfortable here, being right on the beach and being provided with all necessities that make a holiday memorable.
