Aye Corolla is located directly by the Tuna Street access path which is approximately 550 feet from the beach in the pedestrian-friendly neighborhood of Whalehead Beach. [Note: No dogs or other animals are allowed in this home.]

TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room has beautiful outdoor views with a large, sectional sofa, a flat-screen, an electric fireplace and access to wide sundecks on 3 sides of the home. There is plenty of deck furniture for lounging on both the top and mid level decks. The screened porch offers more opportunities to enjoy the outdoors with a picnic table that can seat 6. The renovated kitchen on the top level is well-stocked and roomy for meals. The dining area can seat 10 persons; the kitchen island can seat 6. A half bath is located on this level. A large King Master Suite has access to the decks and a large private bath with a shower.
MID LEVEL:
From the entry way, a den is at the center of the floor with a game table, TV and another couch for family members to gather and relax. The second King Master Suite on this floor also has a shower in its bathroom; the bedroom has access to the covered deck with a hot tub. Two separate bunk bedrooms share a hall bathroom (shower/tub combo). One bedroom has a Pyramid Bunk Set (twin over double) and regular Bunk Bed Set; the other bedroom has a Pyramid Bunk and a single Twin bed.
GROUND LEVEL:
There are 2 more bedrooms which are Queen Master Suites: each has a private bath with shower/tub combos. A half bath is also on this level, next to the kitchenette area that is conveniently located close to the large private pool (18' x 36'); the pool is open mid-May to mid-October. There is an outdoor shower to use after visiting the beach before using the pool or the hot tub. Bring your grill tools to use the propane gas grill located on the pool deck. There is parking for 9-10 vehicles.
EXTRAS:
An EV (electric vehicle) charger is available in the carport; it has an SAE J1772 Universal Cord end and this charger is compatible with most EVs. However, an adapter is required for Tesla vehicles. While most Tesla vehicles typically come with the necessary adapter, guests should be prepared if their vehicle needs another type of adapter for this Universal Cord end.

Aye Corolla is a great house for a big family! We enjoyed a really fun week with our 6 adult kids and 7 grandchildren. The house has plenty of parking, decks, a basketball hoop, a lovely saltwater pool, a hot tub, grills, and a game room in addition to 6 nice bedrooms, 5 full baths and 2 half baths. The kitchen is very well stocked and in addition to the big dining table, there are lots of stools at the island, and a picnic table in the screened porch and one by the pool as well! The walk to the beach is easy peasy and we were treated to views of dolphins and stingrays many of the days we were there. The water was so clear and the waves were great fun for all ages. The only negative is that ridiculous traffic getting in and out of the Duck area but that shouldn’t stop one from enjoying this fabulous home in a great area!

There was mold on the windows and wall, the hot tub guy that came to clean it was extremely rude! Location was great, quiet neighborhood beautiful views!

Beautiful house with many bedrooms and bathrooms! Wonderfully stocked kitchen. Comfortable clean furniture! Easy walk to the beach! So convenient! Great pool at the house. Hot tub so nice! Huge washer and dryer! Very useful! We would definitely come back!
