The 1st floor Master Suite (with queen bed) has a private screened-in covered Porch. The large 2nd floor Master (with a king and a single bed) above the kitchen has a bonus sleeping room with two single beds and a two-person walk-in shower. The third Master Suite (with queen bed and a single bed) has a jetted tub and a clear glass shower. In addition, there is a bonus game room basement with ping pong, miniature pool, etc
One of the most popular features is the firepit deck. One section of the firepit is designed for cooking over a charcoal or wood fire. At night, use the open section of the firepit to sit around make s'mores and tell stories. (We also provide a gas grill.)

Our family has stayed here 2 years in a row and already plan to return next year! The house has so much space!! We enjoyed playing cards and board games at the kitchen table. The teenagers enjoyed eating at the picnic table on the back deck when they wanted to be away from the adults. You go down the interior stairs to the game room on the bottom floor, open the French doors and BOOM, there is the dock! It is in a quiet cove with very little vehicle or boat traffic. We have loved using the large lily pad float(s) and at least part of the dock is shaded from around 1 or 2 pm, which is perfect for the family members who don't want to be in the water but still want to be included. Many, many fishing lines have been cast but no one has been successful yet! There is always next year. This year we rented a pontoon through Smokey Mountain Boat Rentals on the last day and had a blast slinging the teenagers in a tube! They bring the boat to your dock one evening and it is yours for 24 hours, when they come pick it up! No tow hitch required!! I cannot recommend this home enough. Lucy quickly responded anytime I reached out to her. If you are looking for a place to slow down and enjoy time with your people, while taking in the beauty of the lake and mountains... look no further!

This is the third year our family has stayed here for our annual family reunion. The house is spacious, nicely furnished, and very clean. We’ve already made our reservation for next year!

Being the first time I ever used Vrbo, the house and experience, owner communication, was excellent. I plan on returning and staying again at this property. Highly recommend.
