On a picturesque and quiet residential street, it is only one block to a huge park and lake. One mile to downtown St. Petersburg--a moderate walk, 10 minute bike or bus ride, or an inexpensive Uber/Lyft to its breweries, entertainment and dining options, art venues, boutique shopping, museums, Tampa Bay Rays baseball, and the University of South Florida St. Petersburg campus. Tampa Bay beaches and a public swimming pool are 10 minutes and a 20 minute drive puts you on beautiful Gulf of Mexico beaches previously included at the top of “Dr. Beach’s” surveys. Freeway access to all of Florida is a 5 minute drive and about 20 minutes to either St. Petersburg/Clearwater or Tampa International airports.
