Our brand-new 41-square-meter apartment is located in a newly built building. It has two rooms plus a bathroom and has just been completed. The living room opens onto the terrace and a small garden. Ideal for those who want to enjoy a green and quiet neighborhood in Berlin with good public transportation connections.

In the entryway of the apartment, you’ll find the coat closet and the open, fully equipped kitchen with dishes and cooking utensils; to the right of the
entrance is the bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine.
In the living room, you can relax on a couch that easily converts into two sleeping spots. The open-concept space features a dining table, a TV, and seating for five people.
The bedroom has a 160-cm-wide bed, a large wardrobe, and a small desk. Next to it is an ottoman that can be converted into an additional sleeping spot for a small person.

Guests have free use of a private grill in the garden.

All the thermally insulated windows have electric blinds; the apartment is air-conditioned with underfloor heating and cooling, as well as automatic ventilation.

The guest apartment is part of our newly built house, where we live.

Our guests have their privacy, and we’re happy to assist them whenever possible.

We provide our guests with water, coffee, and tea for the duration of their stay and welcome them with a snack and wine. The refrigerator is stocked with provisions for their first breakfast.

In this green part of Lichterfelde, you can enjoy a peaceful stay amidst
single-family homes, yet still have excellent access to public transportation. In the immediate vicinity and also within walking distance are various restaurants, an Edeka supermarket, and other shops. A 10-minute walk takes you to the Diedersdorfer Heide and Großbeerener Graben nature reserve, where you can jog or take a walk, as well as to Lilienthal Park with its pond. The Mauerweg is just a 2-minute bike ride away, and you can embark on interesting bike tours in or around Berlin and Potsdam, as well as around the many nearby lakes. Tourist attractions south of Berlin in Brandenburg—such as the Fläming Skate near Luckenwalde, the Baumkronenpark and Barfusspark in Beilitz, or the Spargelhof in Klaistow—are also within a 30-minute drive via the 4-lane expressway (B101), which you can reach in 5 minutes from the apartment.

The M11, X11, and 112 buses are a two-minute walk away on Hildburghauser Strasse. This makes it easy to reach the Lichterfelde-Ost (1 stop by express bus) and Osdorfer Strasse S-Bahn stations by bus, where you can catch the S25, S26, S2, and S1 lines. The regional train will take you to Berlin Mitte Central Station in 15 minutes.
Lichterfelde-Ost station is also about a 15-minute walk away.
