'The Beach Retreat' looks out onto Netarts Bay and the Pacific Ocean. The home has five bedrooms and five full baths all en-suite with a 1/2 bathroom off the great room and is perfect for your vacation. This custom-crafted large home includes an ocean-front great room with vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors in the common areas, a spectacular open gourmet kitchen with large granite countertops and hickory cabinets, a spacious dining area, a stone fireplace and expansive windows looking out on the Pacific Ocean. Ask about the home next door as well! Great for 2 families or a family reunion!
All bedrooms (sleeping 12) are roomy with vaulted ceilings to make your stay even more relaxed. The primary bedroom features a king size bed, private bath, large closet and full ocean and bay views. What better way to greet the day? The second bedroom has a queen size bed with its own full bathroom, the third and fourth bedrooms also have kings size beds and a full en-suite bathroom, and finally the fifth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, vaulted ceilings and a full bathroom. All guest bedrooms have plenty of closet space too. All bathrooms have showers with one bedroom also having bathtub, vanities, custom tile, granite countertops and more.
You can enjoy long walks on the beach both north and south. To the south you can walk to the town of Netarts, the jetty for the boat launch and the Schooner for lunch or dinner. To the north, you can walk to the town of Oceanside for coffee at Brewing in the Wind, lunch/dinner at Roseanna's or just to take in the beauty. This is a great launching spot for the Three Capes driving loop, day trips north to as far as Cannon Beach, or south as far as Lincoln City. Golf and Wine Tasting are within an hours drive.
Three night minimum in June. Weekly Saturday to Saturday rentals only for July/August. No Pets Allowed. No RV Parking. Plenty of Parking!

We have stayed in this lovely house multiple times. It is the perfect one for our 4 generation family with 4 adult couples and the grandchildren to stay. All the adults get a room with at least a queen size bed and the kids love to cousin party it up in the bunk room. The open kitchen living room is wonderful and the view and location cannot be beat. When the property manager told me they were finishing up some construction right before our stay, I did a big ol' wish on a star that it was a deck expantion. (The previous one was pretty small and was the only thing I lamented about the house.) And...ta da!!! Oh man, how I love the new deck. It's huge! with a higher wind block wall (glass so you can see through it) on one end if you need to hide from the breeze. I especially love it for my dad. He is getting pretty frail and cannot easily haul up and down stairs, so having such a lovely, roomy outdoor spot to enjoy the sea air and views is worth it all. Thank you so much for sharing such a lovely spot.

The Beach Retreat was wonderful for our family, especially the walk-in showers for our 90+ year old's! We weren't crazy about the table location - right by the front door and the sun beaming in our eyes as we were trying to play games, but it is about the only place it can be placed. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

Absolutely stunning beach front home. Very nicely set up for privacy with each bedroom having its own bathroom plus an extra half bath! Well equipped kitchen with enough dishes and supplies for a whole family. Outside water spigots to keep the sand outside!! Lots of undercover area to keep out of the rain. We thankfully only had a few hours of rain but it was an awesome storm to watch while we stayed cozy by the fire. We really enjoyed comfy living room, huge dining table and games! Can’t think of a single negative thing about the house and surrounding area. We would LOVE to come back again.
