The place was great! It was clean and decor was cozy and made the place feel comfortable. The king bed was comfortable. Our 15 year old slept on the twin bed and said he slept well. On our 3rd day, I did have an issue with the HVAC system not cooling as well. I called the office and within 20 minutes a guy showed up, inspected the unit and found the filters needed to be replaced. The other minor issues were from housekeeping. The oven mitts were dirty and kitchen towels looked new and hadn't been washed since purchasing. The unit does not provide any laundry soap either. So we ended up just using paper towels. Housekeeping also forgot to leave my parking permit in the unit so I had to call the office and coordinate a time for them to bring it. We really loved the short walk to the beach however if you hauling alot, renting a golf cart would be very helpful. Pool access was also nice! Overall, I did enjoy staying at this place. I would stay again!

The property was clean and was exactly as described. If you are looking for a place away from the main part of town this is perfect!
