The apartment is ideally located not far from the Reichstag, the main train station, and the Charité, on a quiet side street, and is situated in a side wing of a high-quality, renovated townhouse complex. The 45-square-meter two-room apartment (2nd floor) features a spacious balcony with seating and a grill. Well-equipped with a kitchenette (stovetop, oven with grill, microwave, etc.) as well as a large bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine, the apartment leaves nothing to be desired. Thanks to our high-speed internet connection, working from home is no problem. Thanks to the quiet location in the side wing, you can relax on the comfortable couch (which converts into a sleeper sofa) without any noise disturbances, or concentrate on work at your desk. The internet-enabled TV rounds out the entertainment options. From the bedroom, you can watch the redstarts on the green balcony while enjoying your morning coffee.

Nice apartment located in a very quiet spot just a few minutes walk from Friedrichstraße Station. All the basics were covered, and there is room enough for two adults and a child. The apartment is sunny and well laid out. Do bear in mind that it is four and a half flights of stairs up, and you will also be walking a fair amount to access public transportation. There are several good restaurants with a few minute walk.

The apartment is in a central part of Berlin, but in a quiet area, in a section in a back of the building so it’s really quiet. The beds (including the sofa bed) are comfortable. The owner replies promptly to any messages. She was very apologetic about a broken shower handle and had it fixed as soon as she could. There is a bus stop nearby and the metro and light rail are nearby within walking distance. There is a grocery store Lidl very close. The restaurant downstairs is nice too. There are many other restaurants and cafes in the area. What other guests noted - there’s no elevator and it’s the third floor so if you have a lot of heavy suitcases that might be hard. Note to Americans - there are no window screens, which is typical for Europe so if you keep your windows open you will get mosquitoes and flies inside.

We were in Berlin to learn about the City and its history. Ina’s apartment was an excellent starting point every morning, whether we walked or made the very short walk to pick up the SBahn or the M tram lines. Facing an internal courtyard it was also super quiet. We
Would stay here again.

We were doors away from a theater where we could went for a festival and across the park from the Boros foundation where we went twice. We walk a lot and also used the metro which was a 10 minute walk. A grocery nearby and some convient cafes offered many options.
