O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
Welcome to The Lookout #311!
With an incredible location situated on Israel Head Road, The Lookout is one of the most well-known and desirable condominiums in Ogunquit. Located on the 3rd floor with both stair and elevator access, this particular condo has been tastefully updated and offers beach-themed decor, a convenient floor plan, and a beautiful deck with outdoor dining, a peak-a-boo view of the ocean and exceptional sunlight. Brand new furnishings in 2024 and a full kitchen for all your culinary needs!
While the unit is a 1 bedroom, there is an additional queen and twin pull-out sofa in the living room. The queen sofa can be enclosed with the "pocket door", allowing that space to transform into a 2nd bedroom with closet space.
The location is absolutely unbeatable. Less than 1/4 mile to Marginal Way and halfway between Perkins Cove and downtown Ogunquit, you can enjoy walkable access to shopping, nightlife, world-renowed dining, and everything else southern Maine has to offer. Little Beach, a tucked-away local's gem is a stones throw away, and Ogunquit's Main Beach is approx. a 10 minute walk.

A fall week away in Maine was enhanced by staying at the Condo. A couple of minutes' walk to the Marginal Way and close to the center of town with all the facilities there. The property was clean and comfortable with all that was needed for the stay.Parking was reserved areas and just across the street from the property.Erin was the Rental Manager and she proved to be very helpful when we had a problem and was ready to provide support. We will look to use this home again when we return to Ogunquit.
