This modern 3-room duplex apartment in Scharbeutz, featuring 2 south-facing balconies, is located on the 1st floor. It has been designed and furnished with great attention to detail and features designer hardwood flooring. A garage, a parking space, a bicycle storage room, and a coin-operated washer/dryer are available. A beach chair is available for your free use during the season, May 15–September 15, 2026!!! at “Die Ostsee Oase.”

This is a non-smoking apartment. A well-behaved dog is welcome! By the way, there are designated dog beaches in Haffkrug and Scharbeutz. From November 1 through March 31, you’re allowed to walk your dog along the entire coastline!! In addition, the “Scharbeutzer Heide” is home to one of the largest fenced-in dog parks in all of northern Germany.
