Overall, we had a nice stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and a good value for the San Diego area. The location was convenient, and we enjoyed our time there.The main reason I’m not giving five stars is the parking situation. The listing states that there is “parking,” which made it seem like parking was provided with the property. However, shortly before our stay, I received a message informing me that there is no dedicated parking and that I would need to park on the street. The host also requested that I only park in certain areas of the public street. While I understand they may be trying to be considerate of neighbors, this was disappointing to learn after booking. I do wish I had asked for clarification beforehand, but I also think the listing should make it much clearer that parking is street parking only and that there are restrictions on where guests are expected to park.Another issue was the bathroom privacy. The bathroom windows did not have any privacy film or coverings, making it possible for people outside to see in. This made using the bathroom uncomfortable and is something I think should be addressed for future guests.Other than those issues, we had a pleasant stay. With clearer information about parking and improved bathroom privacy, I would happily recommend this place.

Exceeded expectations. Clean space, comfortable and spacious. Quiet neighborhood. Helpful owner. Would stay here again and recommended to fellow vrbo travellers as well.

The space was great and had many comfortable places to rest. The bed location with plugs was a bit challenging, but I made it work. The host was very easy to work with and a very friendly neighborhood.
