Your private, elegant retreat in the heart of Tbilisi

Located atop Pikris Gora, in the center of Tbilisi, Maison Privé offers elegantly designed and fully equipped rooms. Just a short walk from the Philharmonic Theatre, and Rustaveli Metro Station, our residence is ideal for business travelers, long-stay guests, and tourists who want to experience Tbilisi in comfort and style. This is a 4-bedroom apartment, and each bedroom has its own private, attached bathroom, ensuring full privacy and convenience—no need to share facilities with other guests. The apartment can be rented as a full unit, ideal for families or groups, or as individual rooms, where guests share the fully equipped kitchen and spacious living/dining area.
Breakfast is available upon request from nearby partner restaurants or can be prepared in the kitchen. Guests are welcome to enjoy breakfast in the privacy of their own room. For longer stays, we also offer laundry service upon request, making it a perfect option for both tourists and local guests looking for a well-equipped, homely base in Tbilisi. At Maison Privé, you're not just staying in the city—you’re experiencing it from one of its finest corners.
