This is a comfortable modern, ground floor, fully furnished, 2 bedroom apartment with a wide spacious terrace giving spectacular views over the Argolic Gulf. The apartment has 2 single beds and 1 double bed (sleeping for 4) with a sofa bed for a fifth person, if required, in the living area. The door from the living area leads onto a private terrace with outdoor table and chairs with seating for 6. From here there are uninterrupted views over the beach and sea where guests can watch the magnificent sunrise each morning or relax in the evening and watch the moon rise over the sea.
There is a well equipped kitchen with modern facilities fitted including full size cooker and fridge freezer. The living room has comfortable chairs, a dining table with chairs, satelite TV, books and magazines. The shower room has a toilet, wash basin and shower. There is also a washing machine in the apartment. All linen, cooking utensils and crockery are included. The living area and main bedroom have air-conditioning.
The secure garden has flowers, fruit trees and lawn with a BBQ terrace and outdoor tables and chairs. The whole area is fully enclosed with the added security of an electronic gate. The garden and the exterior of the apartment block are covered by security cameras. There is plenty of free parking and a good broadband connection.
Steps close to the main gate lead down to the beach which is ideal for swimming or general relaxation. There is also an outside shower which guests can use to freshen up after coming from the beach. Beach umbrellas are also provided if required.
The picturesque village of Xiropigado is within walking distance and here you will find small shops and seafront restaurants serving varied menus including traditional food and wines.
This is a beautiful unspoilt corner of Greece and an excellent place to spend your holiday and explore other places of interest including the old town of Nafplio which is just across the bay and the ancient sites of Mycenae and the wonderful theatre of Epidavros, where Greek drama productions are staged in the summer months.

It was absolutely beautiful! The views were amazing, the beach below the apartment was gorgeous and the water amazingly clear. The apartment itself was more spacious than we thought from the photos, and perfect for us and our toddler. The beds were comfy and the shower was amazing - so much better than our shower at home!! Vasilis was really welcoming and helpful, and even provided us with a baby bath which was great. We will definitely be back - 5 days was not long enough. Thank you!

We had an amazing time relaxing and exploring the region. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet holiday at the beach!

The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped with a lovely outside space and secure parking. The view over the sea was stunning and we loved having quick access to the quiet little beach below ( via steep steps). The owner was extremely hospitable and friendly - we felt very well looked after. We enjoyed eating at the local tavernas in the village ( a short walk away) and were able to visit a range of places easily from this location by car eg Mycenae, Mystre, Epidaurus and the nearby town of Nafplio (which has other great eating and shopping options). We would definitely like to return.
