This beautiful condo located in the Brass Rails Condominiums has 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed, Bedroom 2 has two twin size bunk beds. Bedroom 3 is the master suite with a king size bed and attached full bath with a walk in shower and separate soaking tub.

To access the property, there is a gate off of the main Tybee road (Butler Avenue) that a code will be provided for the day before check in. Pull into the parking garage and make a left past the pool. You will see an entrance to a second parking garage. Pull in and park in the space for Unit 103. There are 2 parking spaces. Guests are limited to 2 vehicles any other vehicles must park in the metered parking on the street.
There are stairs for direct access and also an elevator to ensure luggage and other items brought along can easily be brought into the condo upon your arrival.
The condo is keyless entry, meaning a door code will be provided to you prior to your arrival in your detailed check in instructions.

This condo is located in the most convenient and sought after location allowing guests to walk to not only the beach, but everything on the main strip of bars, restaurants, and shops on the south end of the island!
