Upon entering the home, you'll find a den around which four of the home's bedrooms (including one of the two primary suites) are located as well as a stairwell to the second floor and a back porch that leads to a stairwell down to the backyard, pool & patio. On the second floor of the home, you will find an open floor plan layout between the kitchen, living room and dining room. You'll also find the home's second primary suite on the second floor, a half bathroom and a covered porch accessible through the living room. Follow the staircase to the third floor to find a game room with a foosball table, two bunk bedrooms, a bathroom and access to the balcony. You can enjoy a morning coffee outside on one of Sea Gem's many exterior balconies. Off-street parking on the driveway & garage for up to 6 cars is included in the rental rate.
Sea Gem is tucked away in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Please be mindful of the residential character of the home -- and respectful of our neighbors -- throughout your stay.

Sea Gem is a very well appointed home with all the amenities you need for a really fabulous multi family vacation.
Being right across the street from the beach was wonderful. Paired with a great sized pool in the backyard what more can you need.
Only downside that isn’t any fault of the home or owners was the noisy landscapers machines. Other than that, perfect!

I cannot begin to describe how wonderful our trip to IOP and Charleston was. It was my first trip to the area and came with 13 of my girlfriends for my birthday. Let’s talk about this house…..the location was fabulous. I didn’t realize how close we would be to the beach. I loved siting on the porch early in the morning listening to the oceans waves. Everyone had plenty of room, beds were comfortable, plenty of sitting rooms, fully stocked kitchen, pool was perfect, so on and so forth. I cannot say enough great things about our stay. I loved how beautiful the house was decorated. I do appreciate the noise ordinance in place as it was peaceful to sit outside at night and just take it all in. I HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone coming to the area. It’s perfect for large groups or multiple families. 10/10 for sure!!!

We had 14 people travel to IOP from all over to visit together in celebration of a milestone birthday. This house was an excellent find for our purposes. The house itself is gorgeous and well furnished and with so many porches! The pool and back yard were lovely as well. And the beach is about as close as can be. Grocery and most restaurants/bars are about 1.5 miles down the road but manageable. The Outpost was also a lovely for coffee, lunch and souvenirs.
My only complaint was the lack of any basic seasonings in the kitchen. Not even Salt and Pepper. There were PLENTY of coffee filters, however. I don’t recommend anyone bring coffee filters for at least a few years.

The house was beautiful! Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short due to bad weather so we were not able to fully experience IOP. We were a little disappointed that there was an additional charge to heat the hot tub and that we could only use it for 2 hours out of the day. We paid a decent amount to be there so an additional 80 “a day” to only be able to use it for 2 hours is a little ridiculous in my opinion. There were little things like stains on the sheets and comforters but overall the house is gorgeous.
