We loved this place! Our family was only located not even 10 minutes away so it was very convenient for every one! The pool was great and our 13 and 16 year old loved getting in first thing every morning and last thing at night. There were lots of games and even toys for our 3 year old niece to play with. The full set washer and dryer was so helpful with towels and washing our clothing as we had a second leg to our trip. HIGHLY recommend venturing to the Sebastian Inlet State Park where we got to swim with FIVE MANATEES!! That became a favorite spot! Great local food, music and eats down in Old Sebastian. Publix/ Walgreens within 5 minutes. Trip to Universal was only about a 1.5 hour drive each way. Grabbed fresh fish at Rhonda's and cooked multiple times at home in kitchen equipped with everything needed!! Beds were comfortable and house was decorated nicely. Check in was easy and host was very responsive. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!!

We were obsessed with our choice of this house for the week. It was very kid friendly, had beach supplies, check in was easy, clean. Honestly couldn't ask for more. We found our yearly FL house and were so excited

This was our first home rental. We were a little nervous at first prior to arrival but in all honestly we had the best experience. The house was beautiful and the pool was a plus for our kiddos. We loved the space, environment, area, cleanliness especcially the decors.. It felt homey. Everything to the smallest detail was thought of from kids toys, so many games, appliances, convenience of having publix 2 min way literally. We got greeted by 3 dog in the backyard neighbors, cute dogs, will bark for a little but will stop. Privacy was good. Beach was less than 8-10 min away. Not much to do in the area but you will find some beautiful shells on the beach. I would not hesitate to rent out this place again for a quiet vacay. Great stay!

Very nice house and pool. It was comfy and had everything you need. The house and pool were both very clean. Sitting on the lanai and listening to the many birds singing was quite enjoyable. Would stay there again!
