Cihelny Golf & Wellness Resort

Very nice location, good breakfast and overall a very pleasant and relaxing space.

It is practically impossible to contact anyone by phone. Including when already checked in and calling from the room. Every phone number available is met by their AI assistant Tolla. Not only is this bloke extremely annoying and quite useless, but it feels like he was programmed to discuss with you, why you don’t need to speak to a real person. Overall a communicative nightmare. Most likely a result of the hotel being understaffed. Also the golf course has been neglected. Fairways burnt and very hard. Very sad. Definitely not worth the almost 100€ greenfee.

Most of the staff was great. Pool was good. Nice view and really calm to visit. Perfect location, great view during breakfast. Golf driving range is not expensive and really fun to do.

Buffet diner was not so good. Jacuzzi is not heated (same temp as pool) Location is beautiful and lots of forrest arround, but this makes it hard for longer distance running.

Nice hotel in a beautiful calm location in the nature. The room was clean and spacious. Spa zone is also very good The breakfast was tasty and variable but the same every day, although it can‘t be called a drawback.

There is a nice balcony with a nice forest view, but the balconies are very open and close to each other with the neighbours. If you are in a bad luck and your neighbours smoke, it is impossible to keep the door open

Location is excellent, right in the golf course. Massages super. We had nice Lund and dinner at the place. Spa is also comfortable. Personnel on bar and girl on reception was very friendly and helpful during all our stay.

Young boy on the reception was very rude and arrogant. He was already having argument with the person before me. During checkout he couldn’t find any details for our stay. It took us 10 minutes before breakfast and another 10 after to check out. So I mentioned the spa visit, that was still unpaid. He kept on asking room number for three-four times. After mentioning him it last time I told him, that he can write it down. Not only he interrupted our breakfast to find out details of the massages (which was still OK), but after my mentioning for the fourth time room number he got very rude, claiming he can’t remember everything in his head and unnecessarily threatening if we didn’t pay massages he could call police - (just to remind I have myself first thing in the morning during check out mentioned that we have it still unpaid and wanted to know price). Well, to cut the long story short, if this person still works there, we would reconsider staying in the hotels nearby next time, there are plenty options.
