We stayed at this Kissimmee location over spring break. The location is perfect if you are visiting parks as we did. It’s a very clean, cute little town home that slept more than five of us. We did not use the pool but the property is very well kept. Our host was also very attentive and quick to respond to our needs. It was a great stay for our vacation.

The location was congested with Disney traffic for those not wanting to visit Disney and was about a 50 minute drive from any of the major attractions. The townhouse was nice and spacious but had very old carpeting in it and there was a smell of mould. When we arrived, the security latch on the front door was broken and the shower. We brought this to the property owners attention who fixed them the next day. Several of the window locks were not able to be locked as the locks/latching mechanism were all broken.
