Located in Pont-Rouge less than 30 minutes from Quebec City, by staying at the Domaine du Grand Portneuf, you can live, explore and discover a haven of peace with many attractions. Whether by bike, Quad or snowmobile, on foot or on snowshoes, you will find several trails nearby. A visit to the Jacques-Cartier Promenade is a must! La Bonita is ideal for a relaxing stay, you will find all the amenities for a "home away from home".

Take a break from everyday life on a visit to the Trou du Diable Cave in the Portneuf Natural Park. Do you like golf? Take advantage of your visit to challenge your friends during your visit. The common areas of the site (spa, swimming pool, sauna) are shared with other travelers. Book your time slot for the use of the spa or sauna once on site
We understand that your pet is an important member of your family, which is why we welcome dogs with pleasure an additional 50$ + taxes will be charged upon reservation! Please note, however, that certain restrictions apply, so be sure to check our policies before booking. Maximum of 1 pet per reservation.
Depending on the services applicable to the property, maintenance personnel may be present outside the chalet Monday through Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., including for hot tub maintenance, groundskeeping, snow removal, or waste management. No indoor maintenance will be performed unless there is an emergency. Our team will work discreetly to avoid disturbing your stay. Your presence is not required. If you have any questions, please contact us.

The house was exactly as pictured! Very clean and well stocked. The area was a perfect location with grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants nearby. Additionally the chalet was only about a 40 minute drive to the city. Our only minor issue was that the pet policy listed on VRBO did not match the policy listed with the chalet's actual website. It wasn't a major issue but it did force us to make different accommodations for our dog. The representative at the chalet was responsive and very nice. We also loved the Christmas tree and holiday decorations around the chalet. It made our holiday vacation even more special. We would definitely stay again and would recommend this listing to other travelers. Merci!

Overall, my household of five loved our stay at La Bonita. The place was clean and had plenty of light coming in through the many windows, gorgeous in the winter and I’m sure in other seasons too! The beds were comfortable, all kitchen appliances and the dryer worked well. We loved the communal hot tub, though were disappointed that the electric sauna didn’t get hot enough to melt the ice on the floor, and the wood fired was a non-starter because we were expected to heat it ourselves for a half hour reservation slot. Some things were missing: basic spices (no salt!), hand soap in one of the bathrooms, trash bags beyond the one in the bucket, sufficient dishwasher detergent. Aside from that, a fabulous getaway.

It was a beautiful fall trip in a wonderful home surrounded by peace and quiet. Close to Quebec City and to the local grocery store in Pont-Rouge.
