The condo was clean. The view was awesome and the beach was not crowded. I would recommend this place.

Property was very clean. The view was really great. It was nice that the pool was heated because the ocean was pretty cold in March. Beds were very comfortable really had a great balcony, large enough for a table and chairs nice having coffee out there in the morning, listening to the ocean. we like cooking out so it was nice to have a barbecue pit area and the water pressure was great and plenty of hot water. we got to the realty company. The check in process was very proficient no hassles and in and out quickly.. what’s nice about the Perdido key area is very laid-back and not very commercialized which made for a great family atmosphere for us. but plenty of amenities around like grocery stores fast food restaurants within a short drive from the beach. And a couple other things the grounds and the building were kept up very nicely and very courteous to us by the staff there at the condo units.. I would highly recommend renting at these condo units in the future.
Last note to who it may concern, it would be really nice if you got some high-voltage car chargers there at the facilities. there were other people there with electric vehicles, asking me about them also.

The property its self was good. The tv in the living room was very old and we couldn't watch it because all the channels had a passcode on them which was very frustrating.
