Ocean Front Resort - 1 Bedroom Suite

The room was great for a family of 4. Pool and hot tub were great, close walk to the beach. Only issues we had were the tv remotes needed new batteries (world cup games to watch) and the dishwasher spinner was not on properly. Its important for everything to be in working order before someone comes to your place.

Overall - very positive stay!For the price you pay there was a couple small areas for improvement. Unit had no toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towel and it would’ve been nice to have a fan in the master bedroom.

The property was surface clean. Bottom of shower needed work, couch had stains (blankets would help), light bulbs burned out, pillow slip stains, dirty bbq, dirty coffee pot. You can tell that the cleaners are not putting in any effort, and there is no one checking on their work. The biggest issue was the plugged sink drain. It seemed ok, but slow, for the first few days, but then when we used a large amount of water in the sink, it wouldn’t drain. A plumber was called, but was unable to fix it and had to come back repeatedly, the last 3 days of our visit. We had to endure an extremely foul sewer smell for these last days as well as being unable to use the sink to wash dishes, etc. I can’t even express how bad the smell was. The owners promised a partial refund for the inconvenience, but 4 weeks later, nothing. No partial refund.
