We ask all guests to help us keep this a clean, peaceful home:
Registered guests only, no unregistered visitors, and no parties, gatherings, or events. Ring cameras monitor the front and back exterior. No pets, and no smoking, vaping, or drugs anywhere on the property (a $300–$2,000 sanitation fee applies if violated). Please avoid eating or drinking on the couch, and wash and put away all dishes before check-out.
Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $150 if the schedule allows; our cleaning crew arrives promptly at 11:00 AM. Please don't remove or tamper with secured items (fees apply for damage), and note that all forgotten items are the guest's responsibility. Only use items designated for guest use in shared spaces. Damages beyond the security deposit will be billed separately, and lost keys incur a $150 lock replacement fee.
Before you go, please remove all garbage and recycling (bins are on the right side of the house); black bin pickup is Monday and Thursday. A fire pit is available and guests are welcome to bring their own firewood.
⸻

When arriving the home was exactly what was pictured. The older kids loved the spiral staircase to the room upstairs with more beds. Everyone was able to have their own space. The house had everything we needed for dinners. The outside was enjoyable to relaxing cooking food etc. my family had alittle trouble with the key pad at times to get in the house. But that also could have been user error. The house had enough room for 3 vehicles as well. We had a 6,11 and 1 yo at the house. The 1 yo loved the blocks she found. We did bring our own plates/silverware for our 1 yo to ensure nothing got broken. This was a very family friendly home. Ideal beach we did go to although we preferred sandy beach which isn’t far. The home was close to gas stations, beaches, grocery stores, and piers. Nic’s Hometown Tavern has a good burger as well which is close by The host were very friendly and helped with recommendations during our stay as well.

Nice property, lots of stairs and a lot of locked spaces than expected. Would have liked to have access to the laundry.
