request condo with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, for 7people. Got unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.Made do with accommodations, but will not use Vrbo next time.

Host was very easy to communicate with, the location was great close to Dollywood and the island.

Communications was perfect, along with the distance it was from Dollywood. However, there was only one parking place that was tight (overflow parking was available at the clubhouse). The property does need updating. Beds were very uncomfortable. One of the toilets didn't flush (I was able to fix it). The deck was sketchy. The cleaning crew needs training. There were dirty rags left in the shower. The return grate for the AC is filled with dust and visible grime. There is also an older musty smell. Overall, OK, but not something I would book again in its current condition.
