- The Fairway Dunes pool is unheated and is open April 1 - Oct 31 from 8am to dusk. The pool deck is open in the off season.
- Street legal golf carts (LSVs) are permitted in this area but must be parked inside the garage. No trailers are allowed in the resort, so carts must be rented and not brought from home. Please contact a local rental agency for more information!
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Fairway Dunes pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and basketball hoop, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.
