This is the third year we have stayed at 17 Summer St. We love the location and the number of beds and the game room for the kids. The pool makes this an exceptional rental. However there are a few things that would make it even better. The beds all need new mattresses. They are old and hard. The Wi-Fi needs updating. The signal is only strong enough for three downstairs rooms, and there is none in the large bedroom downstairs nor in the rooms upstairs. Some appliances such as the coffee maker need replacing. And some of the equipment downstairs needs repair. I hope this helps.
