Nice apartment to stay. Good accommodation. Top of the block and no lift so be aware. No parking and zealous car tow so also be aware. Not a place for large vehicles. Good for holiday stay. Nice area and there is a small shop and bar in easy reach.

We needed a home base for days trips and this property served us well. Host was very accessible and everything clean. Only disappointments: Some features looking a little worn and no microwave. As described, 3rd flr walk up in a quiet neighborhood. Cute neighborhood pub.

Lovely to arrive to a clean and welcoming appartment. Close to public transport and shops but pleasant area to stay in. Really enjoyed our time in Cologne.
