This host had everything we could and even couldn’t think of. My family and myself throughly enjoyed our stay. We have been telling everyone about this property and host! We hope to revisit one day!

We had wonderful off-season long weekend as a family! It was perfect for us and we had no issues at all. The unit is lovely inside, simple and clean and right on the beach with amazing ocean views. Loved the onsite restaurant but the kitchen was easy to prepare meals in as well. It was very quiet. The refuge walks and beach were amazing. Very safe for elderly parents with no stairs to navigate at all. The unit felt large with very private bedrooms with individual bathrooms. Sunrises from the ocean side and the bay side is across the street for stunning sunsets! Highly recommend!

Overall the property was absolutely beautiful! But, when we arrived the place was filthy! There was sand everywhere, handprints, the windows were so dirty that you couldn't even look out of them. I spent the entire first day cleaning. All of the grills in the common area did not work. The swim up bar was not even open. The dryer took forever to dry our clothes as it needed to be thoroughly cleaned out there was a lot of lint in the bottom. The balcony was our favorite! The views were amazing! Being right on the beach was the best part. Overall we had a great time.

The condo is located at a nice location right on Sandbridge beach maybe 25 mins away from the VA Beach boardwalk and it is very quiet and peaceful there. I enjoyed the ocean view but I was very disappointed that the pool was advertised and the pool was not open. Also, the cleanliness of the premises was subpar. None of the TVs in any of the rooms worked and neither did the fobs to enter the building. Cellphone service was non existent but the owners do provide WiFi so as long as you have an iPhone you should be okay for iMessage and FaceTime calls. Other amenities like the gym was closed as well and it was no staff on site for assistance and no service to call the owners but again, thankfully we could iMessage because things like the parking pass were not in the designated area. I did like that they had almost everything you need at the beach in a storage unit which they gave us access to. I also appreciated the materials for use in the kitchen and laundry. I did have a great family trip overall but do recommend the listing being updated, the cleaning being done better, and the TVs being replaced.
