Birch Chalet is a comfy and cozy chalet perched on a bluff overlooking Frenchman Bay with commanding, broad views. Steps take you to 600 feet of private shore front. It has large picture windows facing the bay and sliders to the deck. With two bedrooms, it sleeps 4 and it has a fold out futon, as well. It has an open concept living/dining/kitchen area, two private bedrooms, one bath with a shower, but no tub. There is also an outdoor shower.

Birch is an amazing vacation spot! I could not recommend it more! We loved the beach and spent most of our time exploring the water, watching the tides change and searching for mussels. This location is perfect: far enough from the bustle of town, but not too far to have to drive all day. I can't wait to return!

Beautiful home overlooking the water! Peter left a detailed list of recommendations and we had the most wonderful stay in MDI! So close to Acadia and downtown Bar Harbor which made it easy to see everything during our stay. The home was comfortable and met all of our needs and the views from the front room and deck were amazing! We can’t wait to visit again. Thanks for everything!

Scenic view with a full kitchen. This is the perfect place to visit Acadia National Park and the town of Bar Harbor.
