This unit is perfectly located steps from the sand, a 2 minute walk to the Balboa pier, and is located right in front of the Newport Beach fire Pits. Enjoy a day on the beach and then roast marshmallows by the fire for a great evening with family and friends under the stars.

Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.
