First impression was how cute the house was and all of the natural lighting! Second impression was how immaculate the house was. Everything was SO clean. Host was quick to reply to any questions we had. It was also a nice touch to have personalized items left like books for our kids, a basket of items for use in case we forgot something and also a select few food and drink items upon our arrival.

We had an amazing stay at this lake house! The home was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The views were gorgeous, and it was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy time together.The hosts were wonderful—friendly, responsive, and clearly take pride in providing a great experience for their guests. Check-in was easy, and the house was exactly as described, if not better. We especially appreciated the thoughtful s’mores station for enjoying around the fire at night and the detailed activity guidebook filled with local recommendations. It made planning our days easy and helped us discover so many fun things to do in the area.One of the things we loved most was how much there was to do in the area. Whether you enjoy exploring local attractions, dining out, outdoor activities, or simply relaxing by the water, there is something for everyone nearby. We never ran out of things to see and do.We made so many great memories during our stay and would absolutely return. If you’re looking for a comfortable lake getaway with plenty of activities nearby and thoughtful extras that make you feel welcome, this is the perfect place. Highly recommend!

Ideal. Wisconsin. Getaway. House was cute and clean with all the amenities you'd expect; the hosts really anticpated all the potential needs of people coming through here and were very responsive with any questions! The local Piggly Wiggly is a full service grocery store and you can get anything and everything you'll need for your stay. Kettle Moraine is just east of this spot for some amazing hiking, and we also spent quite a bit of time out on the lake in the wonderful canoe provided with the house. This made a wondeful retreat where we could go out on adventures all day and come home to a comfortable, quiet spot with a fire pit and a sky full of stars every night; that lakefront view is gorgeous! Regional museum highlights were: Wisconsin Auto Museum, Honey Acres, Fond Du Lac Galloway House, and the Dundee Mill. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends looking for a relaxing getaway.

The Treehouse was neat and tidy. The hosts maximized the space and provided everything we needed and more. Unfortunately just after 8 each morning the shooting started (2 nearby ranges and neighbors in their yards). On Wednesday it was constant and didn't end until after 9 at night. Any time we were outside we heard gunshots. Other days were not as bad but still started early. The house seals up tight so if you're just looking out the windows at the lake it's nice. Cozy and clean, but NOT peaceful and we would not go back.
