Directly from the villa, you have access to a wonderful 7.5 x 15 m swimming pool with a gazebo for the exclusive use of guests. The depth ranges from a minimum of 1 meter to 2.5 meters. The pool closes on September 30. It is surrounded by olive trees, and its silence, tranquility, and peace are its greatest assets. The pool’s edge is paved with terracotta tiles that blend harmoniously with the villa’s exterior and the surrounding landscape. Fully fenced, the pool area features a sun deck equipped with tables, chairs, umbrellas, lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and free Wi-Fi.

The single-story villa has a main entrance that leads into the dining room—featuring stone walls and a stone fireplace—and the fully equipped kitchen, forming a single open-concept space. From here, French doors lead to a terrace furnished with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy dinners and barbecues. To the left of the entrance is a bathroom with a shower. Going down two steps, you’ll find a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, another double bedroom with a fireplace, and French doors leading to the garden. Separate laundry area.

The interiors are comfortably furnished with high-quality furniture and reflect typical Tuscan architecture, featuring terracotta floors and white or stone walls.

The bedrooms and dining room are equipped with air conditioning. All windows have mosquito screens.

The owner, Patrizia, lives in the main villa and will be happy to welcome you and assist you with any needs you may have.

Access is via a dirt road for approximately 1,600 m.

The highway, just a few kilometers away, also provides easy access to Arezzo, Cortona, and other Tuscan cities of art such as Florence, Volterra, Lucca, and Pisa.
