Hi there! You’re welcomed here by the charming Käthe from Wenningstedt. This unique and supercozy two-room vacation apartment for two is located on the upper floor—the first story—of a virtually new thatched-roof house, built in the traditional Frisian style. Connoisseurs know: This means cozy sloping ceilings, unique nooks and crannies, and that wonderful feeling of living under a thatched roof—which the Danes describe with the onomatopoeic term “hyggelig.” Located not far from the roundabout by the peaceful Wenningstedt meadows, yet still close to the gourmet supermarket, the bakery, and Budni, this apartment has everything you need for the perfect getaway: an east-facing terrace (morning sun!), a beach chair, a bedroom with a 180-series double bed, a small but charming kitchen, and a stylish bathroom with a glass shower. Everything is a bit smaller, but also a little cozier and more unique than elsewhere: if you like that sort of thing, you’ll love Käthe—I’ll bet on it.
