The apartment is on the first floor and isn’t far from Wenningstedt Beach; even Gosch fans won’t have to walk far to reach the futuristic “Fischtempel” at “die Kante,” as the locals call the cliff here. The apartment features a south-facing terrace that blends seamlessly into the landscape, and it also comes with its own parking space.
Kids naturally feel right at home in all the island’s towns—no wonder, since Sylt boasts the world’s largest sandbox with over 40 kilometers of fine sandy beach—but Wenningstedt has made a name for itself as a family destination. In winter, an ice rink is set up right by the Kliff, next to the futuristic and unmissable Gosch-Palast; in summer, beach volleyball is played there; and year-round, Sylt4Fun provides even more fun at the Norddörferhalle with a bouldering wall, trampoline, scooter course, and other rotating attractions.
