Some key features include comfortable beds, cold air conditioning, window darkening curtains, and a spacious bathroom. The apartment has a stovetop, microwave, and full refrigerator with all kitchen utensils and basic spices. The apartment provides clean and fresh linens with your stay and one white bath towel per guest. It includes an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
It has self-check-in and controlled access. The apartment is comfortable and equipped with all modern amenities to enjoy your beach and city stay. It is within walking distance of Condado Beach, Condado Lagoon, La Placita, and many museums and restaurants. Old San Juan and the airport are a 10-minute drive away.

The apartment was nice and clean. Host was really nice and had proper level of communication at all the time. This place is right in the center of San Juan and all the amenities are at walking distance. Super recommended!!

Me and three other friends stayed here for 5 days (6 nights) during our Spring Break. We had a great time! The space was the perfect size for 4 people, and the appliances served our needs perfectly. We were never in a situation where we did not have something we needed. The location was great too, about a 15-minute walk from La Placita and many restaurants and stores, a 15-minute walk from laguna condado, and a quick uber ride to Old San Juan. Definitely recommend for a friend group or family looking for a nice and easy place to stay!
