Our villa, AR209 (Hilton Head permit#071976), is perfect for family vacations as it is located about 50 steps from the beach and includes a great beach view from the balcony, lounge, and dining room. It has a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, a master bedroom with TV and a queen bed, a guest bedroom with twin beds, and a queen pull-out sofa in the living room. The dining room seats 6 comfortably. Our unit features free wireless internet, smoke detectors, and two HDTV's. We provide beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your use. We provide towels and linens, but bring your own beach towels.
Our building features an elevator, 2 staircases, an access ramp, parking, beach access, central smoke detectors, a non-sprinklered fire alarm system and 24 hour security, 7 days a week.
Our resort includes free tennis, pickleball, and use of the fitness center.
On site there are 3 restaurants - a sports bar (Coconutz), a pizza restaurant (Gator'z Pizza), and a casual beach bar (Jamaica Joe'z) by the pool overlooking the beach.
There is a small pool beside our Admiral's Row building as well as another very large pool on the North side of the complex with a kiddie pool beside it. There you will also find lots of lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas, a sun deck, a shaded sitting area, beach volleyball and organized activities in season.
Bikes can be rented on site by the security gate and there are bike racks located on both sides of Admiral's Row. Bike and walking paths covering the whole island start at the entrance to our resort. You can also bike or walk for miles along the beach in either direction.
Charcoal grills and picnic tables are located around the resort with the closest being a few steps away on the north side of the building. There are more beside the children's playground which is a great place for a large gathering. The children can play on the playground equipment and the adults can watch them while visiting with each other and cooking up some hot dogs and hamburgers.

This is our favorite Beach location! The 2nd floor unit has a lovely view of the ocean and the balcony remains in the shade all day. The building has an elevator and it is a short board walk to the beach. It is so close, you can spend the morning on the beach, pop back up to the condo for lunch, then head to either of the two pools in the afternoon and never have to get in your car. We love to walk the mile down to the inlet - make sure you do this at low tide!! - and you'll get to see hundreds of little crabs scurry around. On the day you arrive, instead of trying to find a seat at the crowded island restaurants, take advantage of the sports bar Coconutz - good burgers! - it's in the front office/convention center. You can also get bills changed into quarters there for the washer/dryer that is only one door down from the condo (3 per load.) The owner Ian is wonderful! and will go to great lengths to solve any issue you have. He is an absolute joy to work with!!

Great stay! Host was very responsive when we had a few issues. Location and space was perfect for our family of four.

A little older than some but very well kept up, great view of the beach from the balcony, Just a few steps from the boardwalk that leads you to the beach and had chairs and an umbrella which was nice. I would stay here again.

This condo was exactly what was listed. Extremely clean with a beautiful view of the ocean!! The owner Ian sent us an email with ideas of where to go eat and nearby local bars. Coconutz sports bar on the property had something fun to do every night. We enjoyed the views at this beautiful location. We will definitely go back.
