PLEASE NOTE: This property is strictly not pet friendly. No pets or animals are allowed at all. We do not make any exceptions. This is due to medical reasons. Please do not sneak in pets, we will know. There is video surveillance on the premises. If pets are brought into the home, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

We had a great stay overall and would definitely consider staying here again. The lake views are beautiful and one of the highlights of the property. The home was clean, well maintained, and had plenty of space for our family. The large bedrooms were comfortable, the game room kept everyone entertained, and the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals.There were a few downsides worth mentioning. The mattresses were much firmer than we prefer, so if you like a softer bed, keep that in mind. The listing also described the dock as private, but the owners’ boat was stored there during our stay. That meant we had to share the dock and also lost a parking space to the boat trailer, which was disappointing since we specifically chose the property for the private dock. In addition, the refrigerator was turned off before our arrival and wasn’t cooling properly, making the first day of our trip more difficult as we couldn’t safely store groceries.Despite those issues, we really enjoyed our time here. We’ve stayed at many vacation homes in Big Bear over the years, and this one ranks among the better ones. If the dock situation and refrigerator are addressed, it would be an outstanding rental. We would happily stay here again.

Host was exceptional , answered all my questions promptly. Property was well kept and the game room was definitely a favorite of ours!Heated bath tubs were definitely a nice touch as well

Excellent location and views are unmatched. Communication was excellent at every step including check-in and check-out. Would definitely stay here again.
