The Lamb (West Wittering), The Shore (East Wittering) and The Wittering (West Wittering) to name a few. There are water-based activities such as kite surfing, kayaking and paddleboard hire for the adventurous types in your group. You can walk to the sandy dunes at West Wittering beach from the house along the beach when the tide is low. The cathedral city of Chichester is a short drive away and has a wide range of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. The well-known Festival Theatre is home to many national tours and popular performances. If you're in the area for horse racing at Goodwood, the Festival of Speed or The Revival, the venue is only 20 minutes drive from the house.

Getting Around:

With the beach and village close by you won't have a lot of need for traveling around, but if you would like to explore the wider area, a car is best. Otherwise there are bus stops in the village and a train station in Chichester to explore the whole South Coast, as well as direct links to London.
