Perfect base for the first leg of our road trip in Miami!

Nice house, spacious and mostly clean. Though both showers had drainage issues, and kitchen items left something to be desired. Pool also seemed like it needed attention but was useable after cleaning.

The property inside & out was very clean! The furnishing were just like the pictures. The pool & patio area was so great, we never went to the beach! Nice quiet neighborhood. Convenient to grocery stores & restaurants. Super home!!

Nice quiet location and clean house. Some of the electrical outlets were not working and the AC didn't work very well in the bedroom areas. I sent messages to the host that were never answered, including offering to take out the garbage as stated was required to ask where the bins were. On the first morning a county deputy knocked on the door trying to serve the owner with legal foreclosure papers. The house was ok but this felt a little sketchy to me and the deputy asked my name and wrote it down which was uncomfortable for me. I would not feel good about renting here again.
