Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Sea Yawl. It was precisely as described and photographed. The views were amazing and it was very nice not to have neighbors directly beside us on either side because of our dogs who like to “talk a lot”. The amenities were great and the deck was perfect. I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 only because the house was not as clean as I expected when we got there. There was some food spilt on the island in the kitchen and something split in the refrigerator. The floors under the beds were quite dirty as well. Those issues I realize are due to the cleaning crew and it was, by no means filthy. Just not as clean as I expected. There were also ants and I couldn’t determine where they were coming from but we just kept any food put away and they were minimal. Those issues were the only suggestions we would recommend, but the pros far outweighed the cons for our family and we will definitely plan to stay there again.

This is a great choice for a beach vaca!! Very clean and you can tell someone really cares about this place! Comfortable place and great location convenient to shopping and pepperoni grill. Completely enjoy the home and Oak Island.

The place is very nice. We all enjoyed our stay very much. It's close to shops and restaurants. The doggies enjoyed their stay. The breakfast bar was nice to watch the waves while eating. Beds were cozy and the place is like what is on line. Very nice!

Great location !House was immaculate, great front deck . The stairs up to door are quite steep for older people, house has keyless entry but listing doesn’t tell you this so had to call to confirm . Sheets and towels are low quality and quite scratchy. Layout of house is main issue. Both full baths are on same side of house thus whoever is staying on opposite side of house has to bring everything into bathroom or at least a robe to leave bathroom to get ready. There is also a pretty big step inside the house to walk in to living area from door. This was a bit of a hazard for people with any stability issues like my mom.
